last time we stopped we had a brand-new, decent sized room with complimentary internet. the venue's position was very central.

Tea making facilities and a mini refrigerator were provided in my twin room. The breakfast offered was above average and sensational, including a bowl of oatmeal. The hotel has a good and unbeatable location situated near many coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes, as well as main avenues with plenty of dining and entertainment options.

Great pool and fitness facility. Free LAN internet in room and WIFI in the lobby. Clean and spacious rooms, modern bathrooms. Helpful and extremely polite staff.

Difficult to tell taxi drivers how to get there.

This is the second time I stay at the Riviera hotel, and my experience has again been very satisfactory. The room was confortable and clean, and the staff extremely helpful. I forgot my laptop adapter after checking out, and when I came back a few hours later they had set it appart inside a sealed envelope.

Only a bottle of mineral water is included as complimentary beverage in the room, and breakfast is not covered by the standard room rate.

I stayed for 5 nights here and had a very pleasant time. Double rooms were delightfully stocked with essentials like shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet, which were very handy.

The room was modern and beautifully maintained with a large bathtub. the breakfast was GREAT. the setting was reasonably priced and conveniently located near many big offices, business, and shopping areas. Gangnam-Gu district is definitely worth a visit.

Good location. clean well run hotel chain.

Spacious and clean room, firm bed mattress, safe big enough for my notebook computer, lan cable internet, big tv, etc. Fitness club with swimming pool, golf range and sauna is a bit outdated but has a nice workout atmosphere and plenty of equipment and space. Hotel is in the Gangnam business and quality shopping district. Main tourist and nightlife attractions are quite a bit away, but underground connection is ok and taxis are very cheap. Some 200 metres away is the Ellui hotel club, which some regard as the finest (house and techno music) club in Seoul.

WiFi in the room in the iPad age would be nice.

The room had magnificent views of the mountains. the staff was skilful and the breakfast was excellent. the hotel's location was particularly good, within walking distance of Slipstream Sculpture. I had a fairly nice seven-night stay.

it is a very good hotel but the room rent is not comfort with medium type people.
